  • Jennifer has experience in public proceedings involving issues of chronic neglect, domestic abuse, substance misuse, non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse, and emotional abuse. Jennifer is known for having the requisite skills in representing vulnerable parents.

  • In relation to private law proceedings, Jennifer is regularly instructed in complex cases involving issues of parental alienation and domestic abuse.
