Responding to feedback from our valued clients and our barristers, we are delighted to unveil our partnership with Complete Counsel, a leading provider of back-office chambers support services.

Under the expert oversight of Complete Counsel’s Practice Manager, Claire Labio, this collaboration ensures a seamless and efficient transition, empowering our barristers and instructing solicitors with enhanced support capabilities.

In line with our dedication to delivering unparalleled service, we welcome two highly accomplished professionals to our team. Helen Southworth, who brings over 32 years of invaluable expertise as a Fees Clerk at St John’s Buildings, coupled with her accreditation as a member of the AAT (The Association of Accounting Technicians).

Joining Helen is Emma Wall, who has over 18 years of experience as a family clerk at St John’s Buildings. Emma will assume responsibility for diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination, while also providing essential cover for Helen during periods of absence.

As we bid farewell to Liam Lythgoe-Hurley and Eve Humphries, as they both move onto new ventures in their professional journeys, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for their invaluable contributions and wish them the utmost success in their endeavours.

We are confident that the changes we are making will enhance our operations and lead to improved client satisfaction. Complete Counsel commence their back office support on the 20th of February, facilitating a smooth and efficient transition before Liam and Eve depart.
