Unit Chambers is delighted to announce the newest addition to our team, Kim Okell, a highly experienced practitioner with a wealth of experience in family law, particularly in Financial Remedy Proceedings, Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse cases.

Kim brings with her over 16 years of advocacy experience in the Courts, having previously served as a Senior Associate Family Law Practitioner at Morecrofts LLP Solicitors. She is recognised for her pragmatic, honest, and realistic approach, coupled with excellent people skills, making her a valuable asset to our chambers.

In Financial Remedy Proceedings, Kim has a successful track record in handling matters such as FDAs, FDRs, interim, and Final Hearings. Her expertise extends to Children Act proceedings, including Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Grandparents’ Rights, Special Guardianship Orders, and Enforcement Applications.
